  • Lead all structural packaging, rapid prototyping, and retail POS design & development.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through to successful manufacturing handover, liaising with both local and offshore suppliers.
  • Produce comprehensive production documentation, including dielines, finished art, assembly instructions, SOPs, and product user manuals.

Response:
Bagasse pulp construction keeps the sustainability story honest - cradling Knog's signature form factor while allowing POC's iconic Zinc Orange, Uranium Black, and Hydrogen White colour schemes to do the talking. Bold, minimal, shelf-ready.

Re-introduce Knog's moulded pulp format after a five-year hiatus, showcasing the Blinder's CNC-machined unibody through an open-face structure - paired with a high-impact POS display system adaptable across countertop, slatwall, and euro pegboard environments.
Response:
A confident return to exposed-product pulp tray - letting the Blinder's machined unibody speak for itself while giving customers the tactile moment of testing before buying. The modular POS display flexes seamlessly across countertop, slatwall, and euro pegboard formats without losing impact.

Design innovative, format-defying packaging for the Knog Scout bike alarm - robust enough for both retail and D2C shipping, with a POS display that rapidly educates consumers on the app-based product across slatwall, pegboard, euro-wall, and countertop formats.
Response:
Laser die-cut solid fibre construction delivers a Swiss-army-style unboxing - hidden compartments, zero plastic, and a build tough enough for D2C shipping straight off the retail shelf. The POS display cuts through quickly, with an iPhone-shaped cutout driving instant consumer understanding before a word is read.

Design a custom-built ergonomic standing desk solution for the Australian market - constructed entirely from sustainable B/E twin-cushion corrugated cardboard, flat-packed for D2C shipping, and precision-engineered to each user's unique body measurements.
Response:
B/E twin-cushion corrugated carries the whole concept - flat-packed for D2C, tool-free to assemble, and built to each user's exact ergonomic profile. Sustainable material, minimal waste, zero plastic.

Design packaging for Knog's silicone Bandicoot headlamp balancing sustainability with retail impact - featuring a recyclable PETG blister, a nesting primary pack for efficient shipping, and a high-impact corrugated POS display with live demonstration unit.
Response:
Sugar cane pulp tray, recyclable PETG blister and front card on-shelf while the Bandicoot's distinctive form does the talking. Nesting primary pack keeps logistics tight, and the corrugated POS display lands with real presence.

Brief:
Design a high-impact, minimal-footprint Tradeshow booth for Knog's Eurobike presence - leveraging bold brand imagery, large-format digital displays, and graphic content to command attention without requiring significant floor space.
Response:
Full timber construction with flush-inlaid large format digital screens delivering light and movement across the booth. Open floor plan keeps traffic flowing freely, while the EF Pro Cycling collaboration bike commands centre stage. High-impact graphics carry the brand energy throughout.

Design premium retail packaging for the Knog Oi Prima Bike Bell that reflects the product's refined aesthetic - with a compact countertop POS display fabricated from bent steel to match the bell's premium material language.
Response:
A crisp light grey pulp tray and card system lets the Oi Prima's CNC machined alloy annular shape command the shelf - clean, and confidently minimal. The bent 1mm steel countertop display echoes the product's own material story, keeping the range tight, upright, and unmissable at point of purchase.

Brief:
Design a self-contained, TSA and international flight-compliant Tradeshow display solution built into a custom Pelican case format - housing product display bars, a digital screen, and all ancillary components, deployable in seconds and powered entirely by a hidden power bank.
Response:
A custom build-out inside a Pelican case shell - product bars lift into display position in seconds, digital screen fires up off a power bank, and everything locks down securely for international transit. TSA compliant, flight-ready, and fully self-sufficient on the Tradeshow floor.
